  My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Martin Smith and Katrina Smith when looking for our winter home in Venice. From day 1, Steve and Katrina were extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view, based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Steve and Katrina were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property and how they promote their listings. Steve and Katrina Smith stood out as the best Venice has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. Even after closing on the property Katrina was a huge help in design and color scheme of the interior. Yes Steve and Katrina aren’t only amazing Real Estate Agents, but are a sincere, honest caring couple that go way above what you would expect. I honestly feel I could I say that I consider Steve and Katrina my friends.   Steve & Katrina were wonderful to work with in selling our home. They understood the local market and were attentive to listening to our questions and ideas. Any time that we contacted them, they responded quickly, and even moved our car to our new property while we were out of town. During the process, Katrina staged the property perfectly. We always felt that they had our best interest at heart. They proactively notified us when it was apparent that a price adjustment was required to market the property. Shortly thereafter, the property sold. We would highly recommend their services when it is time to sell your property.
