- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was supposed to have an item shipped overnight via UPS. I was told by UPS the item would be delivered between 3:15PM and 7PM so I made sure I was available at that time. They attempted to deliver the item at 1:24PM!?!?!? Since I wan't available they said they were going to deliver it the next day between 3:15PM and 7PM, a time I could not be available. I was willing to go to the UPS site to pick up the item but was told the company sending the item will not allow that!?!?!!? I tried in vain to contact UPS via several methods to try to change or at least find out why I cannot pick the item up in person. Called and was put on hold then hung up on after 15 minutes of hold time, tried to email but would not go through (kept going back to 'send us an email', tried their 'chat' service and they said they couldn't answer that question that I would have to call!?!?!?
