- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited an excessive amount of time for the one personal banker on staff who was a notarie, while listening to him chat to the customer in front us (who was setting up a new account) about the banker's grocery shopping preferences as well as his school sports. I addressed the manager as I was leaving since he happened to walk by. He was annoyed that I stopped him and couldn't be bothered to even face me and listen to the issue. The manager did half hearteldy apologize with the qualification that they "try to give everyone a personal experience." Ok, but time is also money and professional behavior for a banker should dictate that you keep personal conversation to a minimum when people have been waiting on you for 40+ minutes.
